Dynamic magnetic grading machine “CMD"

The CMD series magnetic grading machine fitted with a drum featuring an extremely high magnetic gradient, which allows for the automatic separation of fine and granular products with paramagnetic properties.

Operation:

The product conveyed via the vibrating table on the magnetic drum undergoes a separation based on the magnetic permeability of the materials and rotation speed of the drum.

The paramagnetic materials, subjected to the strong magnetic field, have different fall paths in relation to non-magnetic materials and are selected via designated adjustable conveyors located at the machine discharge area.

The CMD magnetic grading machine can be supplied with a single stage (CMD1) for the separation of paramagnetic materials and a double-stage (CMD2) when there are ferromagnetic materials as well.

The compact structure of the machine allows for easy installation as an autonomous unit on existing systems.
