Source Electromagnetic Filters “FSL”

The FSL source electromagnetic filters are used for the deferrization of enamel and slips. They are installed on the pump delivery, with the infeed from the bottom fitting to avoid contamination of material already processed in the event of a power cut.

DSL filters are powered with direct current at a very low voltage value by the relative control panels.

FEATURES:

  • Steel structure;
  • ABS loading hopper;
  • All the parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 304 stainless steel;
  • Material infeed fitting at the bottom;
  • Unloading hopper;
  • Filtering body made with AISI 430
  • electrowelded stainless steel MS or ML grids

(MS for density values up to 1.65 kg dmc)

(ML for density values above 1.65 kg dmc)

  • H class winding immersed in epoxy resins;
  • 55V-110V CC supply voltage;
  • IP 66 protection rating;
  • Standard paintwork with RAL 5012.
